Quick Filter:
Punctuality & Entry: Guardians dropping children must arrive before 8:25 AM (last entry time). Dispersal timings are as per class schedule. Students must be supported to reach in time for Morning Assembly.
Escort Card: Parents/Guardians must strictly carry the official Escort Card during dispersal time for student security.
Early Leave & Meetings: No child will be taken home during school hours except in extreme emergencies. Parents are not allowed to meet students or call teachers during school hours.
Attendance Requirements: Minimum 75% attendance in the academic session is mandatory to be eligible for final examinations and promotion. Attendance on the first and last working days of every term is compulsory.
Absence & Leave Notes: Use the “Regularity Record” in the Diary for up to 2 days of absence. Absence of 3 or more days requires a written leave application and a Medical Certificate upon re-joining.
Appointments: Teacher appointments must be fixed Monday through Friday between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM via prior email to principal.nk@iempublicschool.com.
Prohibited Items: Mobile phones and electronic gadgets are strictly prohibited on campus.
Students must arrive in complete, neat, and correct uniform. Defaulters will be issued warning letters or sent home.

Accessories & ID Card
• Jewellery: Strictly prohibited except plain stud earrings for girls.
• Student ID Card: Mandatory daily requirement. Damaged ID cards are strictly banned.
Medium of Communication: English is the mandatory medium of communication across the school campus.
Zero-Tolerance Misconduct
Bullying, exam malpractice, physical harm, property damage, obscene behavior, chewing gum/pan masala, negative social media posts regarding the institution, or bus misconduct warrant severe disciplinary action or immediate expulsion at the discretion of the Principal.

Quarantine Rules
Mandatory quarantine applies for contagious illnesses like Chicken Pox, Measles, Mumps, and Conjunctivitis. Submit a Medical Fitness Certificate before the student re-joins class.
Medication Protocol
Regular medicines (e.g., inhalers) must be administered by parents in person. Emergency medication needs must be formally declared & registered in advance with the school office.
Immunization Checklist: Ensure timely boosters for BCG, DPT, Oral Polio, MMR, Hepatitis B, Tetanus (10th year & post-injury), and annual de-worming.
• Due Date: Quarterly fees must be paid by the 10th of the month commencing each quarter at Indian Overseas Bank, Sector-V, Ashram Building.
• Modes of Payment: Card / Cheque / Online. Cheques in favor of “IEM PUBLIC SCHOOL”. Dishonored cheques carry a penalty of ₹250.
• Overdue Payments: Payments after the 10th must be made via Card / DD at the IEM Public School Newtown Office, GE Building, Sector-III, Salt Lake.
• Caution Money: Refundable on written application before 30th June. Unclaimed caution money is forfeited after 30th June.
Late Fee Penalty Matrix (School & Bus Fees Charged Separately)
• Punctuality: Students must reach the pick-up point 10 minutes prior to scheduled arrival time.
• No Boarding Entry: Parents are strictly prohibited from entering school buses to see off or receive students. Do not attempt to overtake or halt school buses.
• Carpools: Unauthorised carpools with untrained drivers are prohibited for safety.
• Issue Limit: 1 book per student for 1 week (renewable once).
• Lost Books: Failure to return books within 4 weeks will require full replacement or reimbursement.
• Restrictions: No personal bags, water bottles, or personal study materials are allowed inside the library. Strict silence must be maintained.
Pre-Primary (Nursery to Class II): Comprehensive continuous evaluation based on daily performance and co-curricular participation. Only grades are awarded.
